About the role and our team

Join our team as a Strategic Partnership Manager within the Department for Enterprise!

The Strategic Partnership model was created to foster closer trusted relationships within the Isle of Man digital sector, to identify barriers to growth and to support the future of digital businesses.

In this role, a typical day can include account meetings with on-island businesses, working through areas in which we can support their growth and creating action plans to feed into their goals to writing papers and business cases to develop a new initiative which will support economic growth in digital sectors.

Almost daily, we speak to people who are considering the Isle of Man as a new home for their businesses and working through a transition plan to ensure their smooth landing on the Island. Each day is truly different and we often have to pivot quickly to manage priorities as they emerge.

There is a great variety in this role, from working across exciting technology sectors to supporting the growth of the Isle of Man and the business that call the Island home.
